These terms apply to orders placed on this website. We are Fleet Trend, a trading name of MyRabbit Ltd. You can contact us at info@fleettrend.uk or on [PHONE – placeholder].
We sell (a) GPS vehicle trackers sold together with a prepaid tracking plan (“bundles”), and (b) prepaid tracking plans on their own for a compatible tracker you already own (“plan only”). A tracker is bought outright. The tracking plan gives you access to your online account and the tracking service for the number of months you chose. There are two plans: SIM included (we supply the data SIM; 6, 12 or 24 months) and Own SIM (you use your own data SIM; 1, 6, 12 or 24 months).
Prices are in pounds sterling and are shown before VAT. VAT at the current rate (20%) is added at checkout and shown as its own line on your order and invoice. Delivery in the United Kingdom is free. We deliver to UK addresses only. We take care that prices are correct, but if we find a pricing error we will tell you before we accept your order and you can choose to go ahead at the right price or cancel.
We obtain each tracker after you order it, so we do not hold stock. We give an estimated delivery time of [X to Y working days – to be confirmed] and will tell you promptly if it will be longer. Risk in the tracker passes to you when it is delivered to you. Ownership passes when we have received full payment.
Your plan period starts when your tracker is registered to your account (for a bundle) or when your payment is confirmed (for plan only). The plan ends after the number of months you bought. It does not renew automatically. See also our subscription terms.
You may have the right to cancel within 14 days. See your 14-day cancellation right.
Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms: goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose, and services must be provided with reasonable care and skill. If your tracker is faulty, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund as the law requires.
You are responsible for fitting the tracker safely and in line with the instructions, or for having it fitted by a competent person. A tracker depends on mobile and satellite signal and cannot be guaranteed to report at every moment. You must only track vehicles you own or are entitled to track, and you must follow the law on privacy if the vehicle is driven by someone else.
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited. Subject to that, [liability limits to be drafted by the solicitor].
