What the tracking plan is

A tracking plan is a prepaid service, per vehicle, that gives you an online account and the connection that carries your tracker’s position to it. It is sold with a tracker (a bundle) or on its own (plan only). There are two plans: SIM included, where we supply the data SIM, for 6, 12 or 24 months; and Own SIM, where you use your own data SIM, for 1, 6, 12 or 24 months. Prices are shown before VAT; VAT at 20% is added.

Prepaid, with no contract

• You pay for the whole plan in advance. There are no monthly payments and no minimum term beyond the plan you bought.
• Nothing renews automatically. We never take payment without you placing an order.

When the plan starts and ends

• Bundle: the plan starts when your tracker is registered to your account. The period runs for the number of months you bought from that day.
• Plan only: the plan starts when your payment is confirmed.

Your account shows the end date.

Renewing

You can renew from your account before your plan ends. We e-mail you reminders ahead of the end date. Renewing before the end adds the new period after the current one. [Exact renewal rules and any price change notice – to be confirmed.]

If your plan ends

When your plan ends there is a short grace period. After that, access to the live map, history and reports stops until the plan is renewed. The account area for invoices and payment stays open. We do not delete your history when a plan ends: renew, at any time, and you can see it again. Your data is then handled as described in our privacy notice.

The service

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. It relies on satellite and mobile signal, and on the vehicle’s power or the tracker’s battery, so we cannot promise a position at every moment. We may carry out maintenance, and we will try to keep any interruptions short.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel within 14 days as explained in your 14-day cancellation right. After that, because the plan is prepaid and the service is provided for the whole period, we do not refund part of a plan you have already started, except where the law requires it. You may stop using the service at any time; your plan simply runs to its end date.

Changing or ending the service

We may change features over time. If we make a change that significantly harms you, we will tell you and you will have the rights the law gives you. We may suspend a plan if you misuse the service or break the law.

Compatible devices (plan only)

A plan-only order is for a tracker we have confirmed is compatible. We cannot provide the service for an incompatible device. If you are unsure, ask us first.
