We do not use your data for marketing unless you ask us to. We do not sell your data.
We share only what is needed with: our tracking platform provider (which runs your tracking account), delivery and device suppliers, and our payment and accounting providers. Order and invoice records are kept for the period the law requires for accounting (currently six years). Tracking account data is kept while your plan is active. When a plan ends we do not delete your tracking history: access to the live map, history and reports stops after a short grace period until the plan is renewed, and renewing makes it visible again. You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and to move it to another provider, where the law gives you those rights. A tracker reports a vehicle’s position. If someone else drives the vehicle, you are responsible for telling them and for using the data lawfully.
